Movement Class Series

for People Living with Parkinson’s

This 3-session class series will introduce the techniques of InterPlay and Dance Exchange

Sundays, 12:30-2:00pm
June 22, June 29, & July 6

Caregivers are welcome to be present or to participate.

We will exploreSimple forms for creating in-the-moment movement/dancing, and some words/stories – with emphasis on play and connection. It encompasses exercise, creativity and sharing, and helps us develop body wisdom as we navigate PD.

All class sessions will take place at Dance Exchange:

There is parking onsite at the back of the building. Street parking is also available on Maple Avenue, Tulip Avenue, and Carroll Avenue. There are public parking lots on Carroll Avenue. Please do not park in the adjacent business' parking lot or the CVS parking lot as you will be towed from those locations
